Dr. Chang is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in pathology of the foot and ankle. Born and raised in Honolulu and a graduate of Punahou and the John A. Burns School of Medicine, Dr. Chang completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Washington where he earned his stripes at Harborview Medical Center, one of the busiest orthopaedic hospitals in the country.

Following his residency, Dr. Chang completed his fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago where he trained with world-renowned foot and ankle surgeons Dr. Anish Kadakia and Dr. Armen Kelikian. Dr. Chang has published multiple peer-reviewed scientific articles and has presented his research at various conferences around the country.

During his free time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, and running, but most of all spending time with his fiancee, friends and family. What he enjoys most about his job is the feeling that comes with helping the people in Hawaii get back on their feet, and doing what they love the most.
